Sparkling, clear pale lemon; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced primary and tertiary aromas of bruised yellow apples, honeysuckle, and orange blossom; on the palate, it's sweet with medium acidity, low alcohol, medium body, and pronounced primary and tertiary flavors of overripe pear, tangerine, and caramel with a long finish. This wine is complex, intense, and balanced. Overall, I rate this wine as outstanding. Nellie likes it with too. It paired well with spicy Popeyes chicken.
