2009 - Love PYCM! This still took some time in a decanter for the SO2 to blow off. Focused lemon and citrus, beeswax, white flowers, burnt popcorn kernel, and MINERALS. ACID!
A little flabby. Not as crisp and focussed as I remember it - or as I'd expect from this producer. Having said that, very enjoyable, particularly with a little chill on it to tighten things up.
