PYCM 2015 Horizontal
Pronounced aroma intensity with a fine citrus top-line. Flinty mineral. Fills the mouth with considered energy and a very nice complexity. Super finishing flavour, discreetly long and mouth-watering.
Own vineyards in the same section of Chassagne as Les Champs Gains. Very difficult to choose between these two, but Chenevottes to my taste is 1-inch behind in this 2015 PYCM tasting.

Great wine from what for me is one of the top 5 Burgundy white producers. Perfect in its fruit, great nose, long and complex. Beautiful.

Classic PYCM, even in the flabbier 2015 vintage crispy acid notes come through and the producer's signature core of aromatic roundness and depth balancing oak with fruit is here in this vintage's expression of an amazing Chassagne. I'll be sad when its gone.
