The first note aromatically is flint. Struck match, smoky, mineral. A deep lemon colour. On the palate ripe grapefruit with a creamy minerally texture - a little white peach but more citrus than stone fruit. An exquisite Premier Cru from Puligny Montrachet in a great vintage for White Burgundy. What’s not to like!! One of the best white wines I’ve had in a long time.
