Au Paradis Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon

Wine Spectator 2015 wine of the year...have to say I thought it was good but overdone if looking for best or some form of perfection.

13 ' Nose of the night. Needs time!

Perfect with rib roast the size of a Mack truck!

Deep dark red color. The nose offers cassis, black cherry, chocolate, and various spices I’m not sophisticated enough to identify! the texture is velvety and loaded with black berry nice layered minerals. incredible finish.

Only took a sip from wife’s glass, very dense and unevolved, a big tannic Cabernet.

Delicious.

Once you let it open it it was delicious! Smooth not to much oak, some cherry! Defiantly a favorite
