Stunningly beautiful wine, intensely perfumed with notes of winter hay, beeswax, irises, key lime, and yellow apples. Honeyed, but not sweet with a mineral core and clean slate finish that goes on for days! Perfect ex-cellar bottle, need to buy more ASAP =)

Hard to pick a fave from Rieslingfeier but this was special. Dill, camomile, umebochi plum, all kinds of craziness in this recently disgorged sekt. Was it sekt-sy? Very sekt-sy. Saar-y for the pun.
