Aged for 10 months on oak, 29% new, deep Ruby with aromas of sweet berry fruit and toasty oak notes. On the palate strawberry and cherry flavors with smoky oak notes adding in tea, spice and cacao notes. Fine soft tannins, lingering ending with a big mineral spice finish. Nice!

Deep deep dark fruit, chocolate undertones, Big Big Pinot will let it soften some, give it 3-4 months before we open next bottle!!
