Revisiting this again. Was a Monday open. Just a village wine now thanks to the bret. But still….

Beautiful terroir driven wine.

Really austere at first...graphite notes snd soft, feminine fruit elements. Beautiful wine!

A few years has added lotsa layers and enjoyable complexity. Nice fruit and density. Darker fruits. Nice sap and forest notes. Thumbs up.

As good as Cali PN gets.

Last of our ‘07 Peays. Wow. This bottle was spectacular, held better than our other Peay SS ‘07.

Deep, deep fruit with cherries dominating at first. Acidity level rises as it opens up and reveals more complexity in the fruit. Ultimately mellows and leaves a smooth, rich aftertaste.
