15’ Patz & Hall Hudson Vineyard Chardonnay. Bright golden color. Palate is full of pear, apple , almond, lemon candy. Moderate acidity & a lengthy finish. Without a doubt one of my favorite vineyards for Chardonnay. Drinking wonderful now!

2015. Crisp, clean, complex, and refreshing. Perfect tonight with pan-seared wild salmon and spicy roasted green beans. Was a bit on the oaky side to start but everything fell into step quickly. Delicious.
