Fairly rich and modern but still shows its Chablis terroir. Very les clos in style. Massive frame of rich stone fruit followed by textbook oyster shell. Subtle hints of verbena and fresh mandarin orange. This may have very well been my favorite Chablis of the evening. Everyone called it grand cru Chablis blond

Sep 24th, 2019Infanticide. Wine is difficult to judge, reductie in nature almost yeasty, white peach, lots of depth almost fatty. Wait at leest another 3 to 5 years.
