Dec 4th, 2015The joys and sorrows of collectorhood. This particular bottle showed kind of advanced. That light creaminess but somehow still with a sharp mineral edge. Paired lovely with oysters, scallop ceviche and crab cakes at Sansom St Oyster House, but I wouldn't blind guess grand Cru.
