Sipping Fine Wine

Classic Blanc de Noirs style, golden lemon color with aromas of ripe tropical and citrus fruits adding some floral notes. On the palate a fresh lively fruity character with pineapple and citrus flavors and some dried herb notes. Good acidity and balance, not overly complex ending with soft round herb fruit character.

Tempranillo Blanco. A first for me. Aromas and flavors of yellow apple and fresh herbs. Hint of saline and lemon on the long finish. The freshness just lingers! A bit of heft. Overly crisp acidity. This wine stimulates the pallet at the same time it is cleansing it. Outstanding wine! Great QPR! Revisited in January 2022. This bottle also had a bit of minerality on the finish. Still excellent! Revisited again in September 2022. Consistently excellent!
