Oltre alle note tipiche buona balsamica di erbe aromatiche timo, e un tarassaco in evidenza tra i fiori, pomposo, vellutato, burrosa tagliente, sapido elegante e complesso. Anche qui chi la fa da padrona è una meravigliosa retroolfattiva
