So tight on night 1 that I waited until night 2 to review this: Very nice nose has light toastiness, lemon pith, and wet Burgundian stony gravel. Angular and lean in the mouth, with lots of high-toned cracked stone, green apple and straw. Finish thins out fast though. Good acids. Would be a nice counterpoint to grilled or sautéed shrimp or scallops.

Didn’t find it all that tight on the first night as my bro did- but it was better on night 2.
