2021. If the three bottles of this wine are a good gauge, I really should start popping opening the other OWW pét nats that I still have in the cellar. This lost fizz and some fruit and gained some funk. I still like it a lot, but it is not a crowd pleaser like when young.

Sep 18th, 20262021. Our bottle seemed to lose its fizz a lot faster than the bottle we had at the winery, but the flavors were still great and it paired well with homemade lamb vindaloo.

Oct 14th, 2023@Delectable Wine This is the 2021 Pétillant Naturel Burnt Hill Farm Gamay Rosé. Just released by the winery and it made a great start to our visit this morning! Crisp with citrus and stone fruit aromas and flavors. We loved it!
