I’m mixed on this bottle. It was rich and honeyed and totally its own thing but had a little too much of that oxed nutty flavor. Drinking like sherry which doesn’t thrill me.

There is some acidity, but other than that it's like drinking apple juice, I applaud the strong biodynamic focus, but if there isn't some sort of balance to them I don't know if I can support them.

Bright gold in the glass. Dried pome and wet straw on the nose. Baked quince, straw, dried flowers on the palate. Medium plus acidity and a wee bit of spritz on the tongue. Full body. Medium long finish.

Deep gold in the glass. Nose of honeyed straw and dried apples. Full, mouth filling palate of dried apple, honey powder, and fading white flowers. Acidity is very present, but this is a really fat wine. I feel like I've eaten a biscuit after one glass.

Pretty simple flavors, tilting towards candied stone fruits and grilled lemons, fading into a dry, fresh and mineral-lazed finish, where alcohol becomes way too evident.
