I think this was my white wine of the day; insane! Sweetened popcorn kernel, butterscotch, lemon meringue pie; incredible complexity; honeyed walnuts and lemon tart. A top end west coast Chardonnay.

Very nice. Ripe yellow fruit with good acidity in the back end. Concentrated.

Apr 18th, 2021Incredibly complex and beautiful wine. Enjoyed over the course of a cooking class and the flavors evolved so much throughout the evening it blew me away. Such a great choice for a special occasion and probably my fav Cali Chardonnay I’ve ever had the opportunity to enjoy. Highly recommend!!

Jan 12th, 2020This was a crazy chardonnay. Popped to a nose that had a lot of things going on....kiwi, mango, and even some buttered popcorn. On the palate, the mouthfeel of this wine is rather soft and weighty. Mango, melon, kiwi, and butter undertones kind of all danced around here. Middle and finish is where this one started to 'thin out' but wow, there was nothing thin about this one. This wine is a butt-kicker and, dare I say, easily in the top 5 for Cali Chard for me.

Not sure if it matched the RP 99 score but it was a great mix of Napa strength and volume as well as the old world elegance.
