Vintage 2011 | Love this wine | rich, cedar, chocolate, spicyness and a taste that still has tannins but is also very comforting | paired with tenderloin | at Jammo Já

Vintage 2011 | I love Sagrantino that plays hard to get | This wine has a gloomy brown colour. A smell if you stand in a leather bags shop, and a earthiness that is comparable with aged Saint Estephe. Stubborn. Though smooth taste on next day, many layers. My type of wine, utterly lovely. Organic wine par excellence! | Paired with T bone steak and ratatouille.
