Was hoping for a steal, instead got a sulfur bomb. Don't swirl this, it's much better. The introduction of oxygen has hurt this wine. Made from 100% Oregon certified sustainable wine. Earth, spice and flint dominate with hints of cherry. More berries on the palate with hints of oak, spice and earth. Short mid with a bit of heat on the finish.

Striking gun flint nose is mildly off putting, sweet red fruit then too much acid finishing with a mouthful of dessicating tannins. Very disjointed and mildly unpleasant.

Good pinot. Had better. The almost-dry riesling is great, though.
