バーゼのキャンティクラシコが良かったので、2025年の正月に開けてみた。
上品の果実味はあるのだが、酸やタンニン、みずみずしさというか、骨格の焦点が定まってないというか、何を味わってほしいのか分からないワインだった…
熟成感は強くないが、やはり少し落ちてきているとのこと。

This Chianti needs significant time to breathe before consuming. There is no question it is quite good. But it is not worth its higher price. It is straightforward and well-made, but lacks the typical astringent Chianti bite in the finish. Good cherry flavor, smooth and elegant, but not complex.
