Super interesting, strawberry floral very light bodied delicate. But On day 2 it was dead. I am really fascinated by this style of light red. From vinyl wine NYC

A fantastic Sangiovese blend crafted by nuns at the Benedic monastery in Italy. We paired this strawberry and cherry flavoured bad boy with roasted chicken thighs in a BC black cherry/Ranier cherry, rosemary and shallot reduction and crispy pan fried zucchini with mint and Parmesan. Delicious.
