Very good beer. Enough malt to balance the hops. Nice sweetness to aftertaste. Helping Chef Marlin test new menu items at The Perch.

Jul 2nd, 2016Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops in this fantastic beer from Modern Times. Floral and fruity with a great dry finish and subdued malt profile. Great to see Nelson hops showing up in more beers. They really come through here. I wouldn't describe this as an amber at all.
