This is the SM1 Sauv B. Really excellent and unlike almost any SB I've had before. Kind of reminds me of a 90s DD Pur Sang yet is more restrained with just as much underneath. Would be really interesting to see this with 10+ years on it. Excellent with root veg cassoulet.
