Powerfully aromatic. Could smell it in a glass sitting still at arms length. Body and tannin structure not nearly as powerful as the aromas, but still a pleasing wine.

Kirsch, sun dried tomatoes, cassis, dried roses, cigar box, dried thyme, graphite, pine needles. Rounded mellow acid, full bodied, mild soft velvet tannins, juicy-satin texture, earthy-herbal-dark fruit finish. Texture driven, restrained aromatics, balanced, full without being too concentrated.

Modern, not much nebb character, easy to drink, a touch hot on the nose, sweet tannin on the pallet, enough acidity to maintain structure, but finish short with bruised fruit aftertaste
