A very light version of a ripasso. Lacks the body and texture but the flavour is agreeable. I'd rather drink a full Malbec that didn't jump through the baloney appasimento hoops.

Smokey earthy and complex a great wine if that's what you are looking for. However most people look for jammy fruit in malbecs. Luckily this had none. A fun wine from a great producer.
