This region is located on the southwestern coast of Galicia, Spain. Naturally, I get a lot of coastal and salt notes. This wine is very food friendly because it is crisp, refreshing, and the aromas are bright. Flavors of apple, pear, and passion fruit are wrapped together in a bright acidity.
