Brut Nature Rías Baixas Albariño

First time trying a sparkling Albariño. Really enjoyed it. Now has slight yeast toast, fine mousse, very dry finish.

Soft and sweet Albariño sparkling wine! Peaches and green apple, easy to drink, nothing complex.

Brut nature sparking Albariño

Mar de Frades Brut Nature. Starts little reductive, but in a few minutes shows a great fruity expression, with floral and yeasty hints. Deliciously complex and nicely dry, fresh and zesty. This could be a delightful summertime Galician sparkling
