Santa Barbara County Grenache Blanc

Very unusual to get a 100% Grenache Blanc. Usually a bit uni-dimensional but this is pleasant. Lightly floral with lemony acidity.

Very perfumed. Lemon notes. Only negative is that it is a little hot especially for a white wine.

Delicioso con César Salad y pollo.

Apple, lemon candy, peach, hay, slate and hints of oak. Great acidity and minerality.
