Smells whole bunch but actually de stemmed. Closed. A little early for all of these 2016s. Again great palate intensity. Latricieres is considered a lesser Grand Cru but a couple of years ago we had one made by Leroy which was a standout. Cherry and earthy notes with some sap on the silky palate. A good future in store as you would expect. Roscoe from Prince said that Le Moine is renowned for the typicity of the plots from where they source grapes - not just Chambertin.
