All of the grapes from the vineyards owned by the Latour family are vinified and aged in the cuverie of Château Corton Grancey in Aloxe-Corton. Aged for 10 months on French oak (50% new). Tried the '13 alongside the '11. Pale yellow woohoo s beautiful nose of fruit, biscuit and mineral notes. Stone fruit flavors, apple and pear, touch of citrus with smoky nuts and earthy tones.
