Pierre Gagnaire Paris. Incredible bottle. At 5 hours it was still shining and singing strong.

Beautiful, just beautiful. Restrained at the start, fresh, light and some acid coming through. Kept in the glass for close to 4 hours and it started singing. Elegant structure, delicious apples and pears, tinge of acidity at the end to make you want more.
