I have opened tonight the Louis Bouillot Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Rosé. From Nuits-Saint-Georges. This a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Gamay.

On the nose there is creamy strawberry, raspberry, cherry, red currant, red flowers, yeast and minerals.

On the palate I am getting sweet cherry, raspberry, strawberry, red apple, spice red currant, yasty dough and minerality.

This wine is medium bodied with a clean fresh mouthfeel and medium to medium + acidity that leaves you with a long red fruit mineral finish. Have a great weekend and please stay safe and healthy. Nostrovia! 🥂🥂🥂🥂
