On the nose I am getting honeydew melon, mango, white peach, green apple and white flowers.
On the palate there is succulent notes of grapefruit, lime, green apple, minerals and fresh-cut green grass.

Peach, Fuji apple, honeysuckle, and light tropical fruits on the backend. A bit grassy too. On the palate it’s fresh, but the acidity is quite round and delicate for a SB. Like it better than the 17’ I can remember.

Nice yellow, blonde color. Smells like lemon curd and apples. Flavor is clean and slick. Acid is nice. It’s enjoyable. Easy and fun to drink.
