Deep inky in color with a purplish rim.
Fruity nose of blackberries, blueberries, plums, wood, licorice, spices, chocolates, peppermint, light coffee, mocha, tobacco, vanilla and light vegetables.
Full bodied and smooth with medium plus acidity and long legs.
Dry and fruity on the palate with blackberries, plums, cherries, currants, oak, spices, bitter vegetables, vanilla and tar.
Medium plus in finish with soft tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a nice red wine from the house of Orin Swift. Balanced with light complexity and a smooth mouthfeel. A little bitter on the palate which will hopefully go away in a year or two.
Had it before, and this time it wasn't as good as I remembered it.
15% alcohol by volume.

Bold and full bodied with a great mouthfeel and gorgeous legs.
Fruity on the palate as well, with blackberries, figs, prunes, black cherries, black currants, blueberries, oak, chocolate and peppercorn.
Long finish with round tannins.
A Great blend. I can definitely taste both CS and Malbec.
Malbec on the Nose, Cabernet on the palate.

Honestly a little surprised by the intense dark fruit flavor of this dry red blend. It’s prune, blackberry, and earthy notes are satisfying yet not the quality expected for the cost

Deep red color. Strong tannins leaves a cherry finish on the end. Experience with this wine for the first time saw me tackling a dry and crumbly cork. Had to strain wine into a decanter to serve so there was no cork pieties with each delicious sip.

Smooth and jammy, as in strawberries with cherries. A hint of berry licorice. Sufficient depth, and a long finish that goes easy along the tongue with regards acidity and tannins.
