Montsant can be a real bargain. Same soil, climate and varietals as Priorat for a lower price. Nothing complex about this wine but an excellent Carignan/ Grenache blend. Great with anything off the grill.

Absolutely delicious. Smelled amazing when we opened the bottle. Smooth drinking, earthy, not too heavy. Paired wonderfully with a cheese board, especially the sauteed mushrooms!

So many dark fruits and spices on the nose, a slight funk hidden within. Medium body, nice tannins but not overpowering dryness, nice acidity gets the tip of the tongue tingling, lingering spices. Yum! Happy Halloween!!!
