This wine has a golden tint in the glass. The nose offers much fruit, such as citrus, apple, and apricot notes. The palate is soft and creamy, with acidity fresh, but not as racy as I remember it. The fruit flavors stand out still. I have cooked with thus wine before, but this time it helped a tomatillo guacamole go down nicely.

Feb 11th, 2025This wine was purchased for cooking, and as the saying goes, sometimes I even get it in the food. Well, it is quite dry, although a tad oaky. I was in the mood for it, so it didn't bother me at all. I used it in a sauce for a creamy lemon butter pasta dish. It worked just fine, and tasted great, too. In fact, every Line 39 wine I have had has been good.
