Upfront effervescence and funk settles down into a beautiful balanced cab franc. 4 out of 5 dentist would guess this French.

Seriously... for the funk-a-file. Bright juicy res candied fruit, acid driven, and funky as all get out. They claim to have always strived for a Loire style with Loire varietals, and this is as close as it gets.. (if not better) wow

Quite a pretty medium ruby with light strawberry undertones. Typical vegetative nose consisting of green and bell peppers, toasted oak, and dry red fruit. Unmistakably Californian, you wouldn’t confuse this with anything from the Loire although it’s not quite as big and heavy as other domestic Cab Francs but there’s certainly plenty of weight here. The fruit here is bright and energetic with wonderful acidity. Plenty of spice and tart cherries on the palate along with some serious funk. I love the funk going on here. A touch of dark chocolate and vanilla on the medium long finish. I seriously need some more of this.
