100% Garnacha from vines between 10-20 years. 4 hours of skin contact, whole cluster pressed, all SS fermentation.
Medium pink. All watermelon, cherry pit and rhubarb. Weighty palate. Bring on the grilled ratatouille, pork dishes, spicy foods with lots of herbs (Thai/Vietnamese).
