Powerful. The exact word. Strong aromas of a red currant, red berry - the fruits are dry; then a licorice, a dark chocolate, even a baked tomato(?). Needs a decantation (of course) - at least four hours. The finish is long with a mild pepper.

Excellent nose and full of flavor. A bit of tannins still but a great wine. Let it open for an hour and then...just enjoy the Sangio in its fullest.

Dark and brooding with generous helpings of cocoa, cherries, and spice. Dark chocolate lingers on the finish.
