Lindes de Remelluri Viñedos de San Vicente Rioja Tempranillo Blend

Lovely plum and black fruit with back ground spice and licorice very well balanced this has years ahead of it while it’s drinking well now very firm tannins ( would have waited a couple more years ) have to look for more

Both red and black fruit, sweet tobacco, and baking spices. M acid and body. M+ tannin.

Earthy nose, with plum and berry fruit and subtle spice. Elegant on the palate with polished tannin, soft amd juicy red perfumed fruit, this is the most generous of the Lindes wines. Includes a majority of the lower altitude vineyard sites.

Tempranillo, Graciano and Garanacha in French oak. This is awesome. The black fruits and spice notes paired well with lamb crepinettes (mint and cumin). Would also go well with Moroccan lamb burgers. Decanted. SS

Lindes means boundary. Fresh, terroir driven, spicy, medium plus body, tobacco, firm and ripe tannins this has more structure of the two Lindes wines. 15 hectares at 550-600m elevation and 60,000 bottles produced.

Great perfumed flower nose.

A little pepper and blackberry in the nose. Nice deep color. Semi-dry, good complex earthy finish.

Outstanding Tempranillo. Crisp and full of grape fruit and red with black berries. Balanced and ages well. Good with Cuban food.

Remelluri, always a delight. The 2011 San Vicente is a cut above the norm. Smoke & dark red fruit all over the place. Great grip & texture. Fantastic wine.
