Bohan Vineyard Pinot Noir

Pours a brilliant ruby red translucent in the glass. Light and airy, but with layers of depth showing crisp red fruits and spice with strong acidity and a little tannin still present. This is early in the window and these will improve for quite a few more years. Decant.

What a cool, clean, juicy, delicious, well made wine. Great red fruit, mouth-watering acids, and a delightfully ponderous smokey and savory lead-in to the long and graceful finish. This is a beautiful treat of a wine. 12.3% abv.

We needed a wine tonight that was light and elegant, but with enough concentration and structure to handle a variety of foods. This carried the day with room to spare. Well done, Jamie. Well done indeed.

Opened up classic kutch. Balanced creamy bold. Couple hours later terroir kicked in. Real interesting complex nose. Dry herbs. Wheat. Dried mustard. Very expressive to site. Bravo
