Rich and tannic like young Nebbiolo. Big, dark and plummy. I'm sure this will age gracefully for decades.

Such a neat wine. Crushed red currant, aspirin, black tea, iron ore. Edgy tannin matched by lengthy acid. Reminds a lot of Aglianico.

@kiryianni My first #Xinomavro , definitely won't be my last! Sour plum with green olives, finishing with a touch of tomato vine. Tannic structure for good aging potential. #GreekWine #Naoussa

Tart medium dark fruits. Bitter, astringent wood tannins that cover up what may have been a tasty wine.

Ripe red fruit, with some old world funk. Tannins integrated nicely. Good long finish. Conversation starter.
