Palate is wonderfully pure with the sensation of rainwater, with lip smacking citrus, apricot, underripe melon and sea salt, some vanilla but not at all marked by wood. There is a creamy roundness to the body that adds dimension to the piquancy of the attack

Classy stuff! Bone dry, reticent aroma, but med-full bodied texture and long, raspy, lingering finish. Reminds me of high end Alsatian Pinot Blanc and perfect foil for French/Viet Namese Fusion. Such a pure pleasure. Willamette whites are coming into their own and really rock in’!
