Ultra Mendoza Malbec

Good for this price point but otherwise pedestrian.

Beautifully balanced, light enough to sip but bold enough to leave a lasting impression.

Black licorice, black fruits, slate, a bit of sage, a bit of menthol. Slightly grippy tannins and medium acidity. As usual a good value! Short finish.

Medium body and tannins overlay deep red fruit, blueberry, and spice tones with an somewhat acidic mouthfeel. Paired well with pork and scalloped potatoes.

Quite nicely balanced tannins and fruit with chocolate undertone. A few more years will improve it.

Very smooth malbec. Tasting red berries on this one with nice lingering tannins.
