Dark ruby in color with a purplish rim.

Fruity nose of blackberries, blueberries, spices, wood, light vanilla, earth, cloves, peppercorn, milk chocolates and light coke.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and nice legs.

Dry on the palate with blueberries, cherries, sweet cranberries, earth, spices, wood, vanilla, cloves, dark coffee, chocolates, bitter herbs, vegetables and peppercorn.

Medium finish with fine grain tannins and spices.

This is a simple California Cabernet. Not fully balanced and better with food then all by itself.
Better after an hour of airtime.

I paired it with Manchego cheese, crackers and nuts.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

Green peppery berry goodness on the nose. Young young wine. Potential. Acidic young berry with metallic licorice uplifting notes. Interesting to see how this ages as an affordable wine.

More earthy than fruity. Probably needs time to breathe. Probably deserves to be paired correctly. Ok to drink on it’s own.

Clear, deep, garnet. Clean, pronounced, black fruit. Dry, medium acidity, medium/high tannins, medium body, long finish. Conclusion: Very good

It's what it's supposed to be. Pronounced fruitiness throughout, enhanced by higher sugar content. It goes down. It's good. It's nothing mind blowing. I'd drink it again.

Honestly a bit disappointed as it is rather acid. Ok for a quick meal but wouldn’t go as far as have some for a nice dinner.
