2024/1. Classic and similar to the last bottle but perhaps even a bit more expressive. Moreish.

2023/12. Pure, classic Chablis - limpid, lemon and stone, a little flint and honey. No noticeable oak influence, in contrast to the Jadot Beauroy (another major Côte d’Or negociant whose wines I drink regularly). A bit reminiscent of Dauvissat stylistically, if not as deep.

On nose buttery notes, oak, lemon zest. On the palate fresh and vibrant, nice minerality and balanced acidity. Finish with roses, bruised apple aroma and moldy notes. Long and concentrated taste. Amazing chardonnay.
