Ahhh, I love a good Pinot Noir, the combination of a great vintage, terroir and winemaker make this 1er Cru Pinot Noir soooo good. Complexity, almost meaty, generous length and drinking beautifully now and will be for years to come. Paired with home-made ravioli filled with Canadian raised “Olsen Ranch” Bison Osso Bucco. Cheers 🇫🇷🇨🇦🍷
