This is a perfect cab to me. Not too jammy, not too huge of a finish to prevent me from having a second glass!

Blackberries, currant, black cherry, milk chocolate, cedar box, pepper. Med- acidity, med tannin. A touch of alcohol heat. Nice juicy (but not over the top jammy or oaky), easy drinking Cab. Did the trick with NY strip steak.
