Vin de soif crossing into something more complex. Good acid, surprisingly round. Flowers, green apple. Aligoté with shoulder pads, and all the better for it.

Give it 5 years and it will be great: incredibly tart at the moment- reminiscent of vinho verde. No malo makes this a bright, acidic wine.
