Great color for a Beaujolais. On the nose syrupy strawberries, bananas, and bubblegum. Decent acidity, barely any evidence of tannin. Fresh and youthful yet distinct in its presentation of place and minerality. Great structure in this Gamay.

Aug 15th, 2015Raspberry on the front, rosemary and cherry on the mid and long cedar and leather notes on a lingering finish. This is a fantastic bottle and an unheard of price! If you've not had this appellation before, highly recommend as your first - but be forewarned :: you'll only be disappointed after this drop!
